Built in 2003, The Hartford is a small mid-rise condo building in a surprisingly quiet area just two blocks from the Clarendon Metro station. The building houses 70 1- to 3-bedroom units, but few amenities. The building, situated across the street from James Hunter Dog Park, allows pets and there is no weight limit.
