There are several parks in the Cherrydale area of Arlington, including:
Cherry Valley Park
This local park features seven lush acres of green space, natural paths, and connections to the Martha Custis multiuse trail.
Cherrydale Park
While Cherrydale Park is relatively small in comparison to other local parks, it’s a relaxing and open green space with benches, a playground, and a path.
Oak Grove Park
This nearby park was updated in 2018 and includes a tot lot for ages 2 to 5, a climbing structure with slides, picnic shelter a playing field, and a paved walking trail.
A new feature at this local park is a whimsical tree sculpture by Arlington chainsaw artist Andrew Mallon.
